1. Place your food, fresh or frozen, into the oven.
There is no need to preheat or defrost because the Triple Combo Cooking Power will immediately cook inside and outside of the food at the same time. Try multi-layer cooking by placing different foods on each layer to save even more time.

2. Set the timer and press start!
The NuWave Oven automatically cooks on power level high so there is no need to select the power level unless you want to cook on a lower temperature setting. Simply touch and go!

3. Enjoy healthy and delicious meals in just minutes!
The oven will beep once cooking is done. With the added convenient feature of 'auto shut off system', the machine will automatically power off when cooking is done. If additional cooktime is needed to reach desired doneness, just repeat step #2.

The NuWave Oven doesn't require any bending or lifting to remove the food. Simply remove the dome from the base and take the whole base tray staright to the dinner table. Fewer dishes mean less clean up and more free time. Plus, all the parts, except for the power head, are dishwasher safe making clean up a breeze.
